REFUND POLICIES:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of
receiving the items. For all orders, there is a return policy of 30 Days as of date of
invoice.
EMAIL us for our return process. All of our items are thoroughly checked before being
delivered or at the best condition before we sell them.
Please note the following before you return back the goods.
1) The items must be re-saleable, in excellent condition.
2) We do not entertain refunds after the 30 days period have expired as of the date of
invoice.
You may return the goods and your purchases will be refunded only if the following
condition applies.
* DEFECTIVE CD’S OR DVD’S ONLY.
* RECIEVED A BROKEN ITEM DUE TO PACKAGE CARRIER.
EMAIL us for our return process if you want to return an item for an exchange or refund.
Please inform us your name, e-mail address and the order number of the goods that you
wish to return for exchange.
Returns will be paid by the form of payment mode we received from you.
BELOW ARE COMMON QUESTIONS THAT ARE USUALLY ASKED:
1. WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT ?
Paypal, visa, mastercard, or money order.
2. HOW DO WE SHIP PACKAGES ?
All packages are shipped by the united states postal service using a priority flat rate envelope to send any amount of cds/dvds up to 20pcs at the amount of 6.00 – this includes delivery confirmation.
For packages of 20 pcs – 50 pcs of cds/dvds they will ship in a flat rate small box at the rate of 11.00 – this includes delivery confirmation.
For packages of 50 pcs – 100 pcs of cds/dvds they will ship in a flat rate large box at the rate of 14.00 – this includes delivery confirmation.
3. All orders placed go through 3 stages, the first is pending once you complete checkout, you will received an automated response of your order from our database, second will be processing when I actually begin on your order then you will be billed, at that point you will be notified by email that the status of your order is PROCESSING, once I verify your address and debit/credit card information is the same you will be notified by email that the status of your order is finished and WILL SHIP TOMMORROW.
Depending on your distance from us in NC packages should arrive within 1-5 days.
4. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER WITHOUT PAYING ONLINE ?
If you want to place your order over the phone, please select money order as payment in order to complete checkout…This is much easier for me so that I do not have to write down all info and merchandise you want…Also note we ONLY ship to billing address & card info must match. 919.798.9544.
5. I DO NOT HAVE REGULAR INTERNET ACCESS HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?
mail order is available...payments can be made thru paypal, credit/debit cards or money order.
Send me a message as to why you can not get online regularly and I will send you a complete list with instructions on how to order...All POWER 2 the PEOPLE!!!
UNDELIVERED PACKAGE:
If a package returned back to us due to incorrect address or refused by customer, we will
charge the actual shipping cost to cover shipping cost. So please make sure about your
order and shipping address to avoid any mistakes.
BACK ORDER/OUT OF STOCK
If your order is out of stock, we’ll inform you via e-mail before the shipping deadline.
We can either ship it to you by given time or you will have the option of changing your
order. Your credit card would not be charged until the order is shipped.
WE ACCEPT VISA AMERICAN EXPRESS & MASTERCARD ORDERS ONLY. ALL CREDIT CARD
ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO BILLING ADDRESS.
We ship all packages with delivery confirmation thru the United
States Postal Service [USPS] worldwide, International orders are also sent via United
States Postal Service. For countries outside the United States that wants their order
shipped differently please contact us first so that we can check rates, AS WE HAVE SHIPPED ORDERS TO CUSTOMERS STATIONED ACROSS SEAS ALREADY WE HAVE FOUND OUT THRU THE POST OFFICE THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRACK MILITARY PACKAGES, AND THESE PACKAGES AREN’T CONSIDERED A PRIORITY SIMPLY PUT – IT GETS THERE WHEN AND IF IT GETS THERE !!!. We reserve the right
to refuse any order if credit card fraud is suspected!
